PVA, Cal-Diego Chapter can further assist its members, family members and beneficiaries with aiding in the funding of post-secondary education.
The organization provides services for the aid and betterment of its members and for improved solutions. The date of Charter admission was July 24, 1981.

Eligibility for PVA, Cal-Diego Chapter membership is based on U.S. citizenship, either separation from active duty service under conditions other than dishonorable or current active duty, and incurrence of a spinal cord injury or disease (such as MS,ALS), whether or not service connected in origin. Membership is free.
