Paralyzed Veterans of America, Cal-Diego Chapter membership eligibility is based on U.S. citizenship, either separation from active duty service under conditions other than dishonorable or current active duty, and incurrence of a spinal cord injury or disease (such as MS,ALS), whether or not service connected in origin.  Membership Application, DD-214, and a Physician's Statement is required.  Membership is free.​
